Eligibility/Qualification
- Completed doctoral/PhD studies in Computer Science, Computational Science, Cheminformatics, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, or a related field, or expect to complete them in the near future.
- Established experience in modern machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Proven research competence demonstrated by international publications in reputable conferences or journals.
- Ideally, competency in chemistry, specifically pharmaceutical chemistry.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills evidenced by high-quality academic writing.
- Experience in research management and supervision.
- Strong social and communicative skills.
Job Description
As a postdoctoral researcher, you will:
- Develop an independent research profile in artificial intelligence and machine learning within the drug discovery domain.
- Assume a leadership role in the research and management of the COMP3D group, including overseeing high-performance computing resources.
- Supervise research conducted by master’s and doctoral students.
- Contribute to the teaching activities of the department.
- Engage with colleagues from adjacent fields and collaborate on interdisciplinary research projects.
- Publish internationally and present research findings at conferences.
- Apply for projects and raise third-party funding.
