  • Vice-Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Research Fellowship:

    • 🌐 Targets early or mid-career researchers (less than 10 years post-Doctorate) with national/international recognition.
    • 🔄 Connects researchers with established academics in areas of existing or emerging research strength.
    • 💼 Offers a fixed-term three-year appointment in the salary range Level B to Level C.
    • 🔄 Transitions to a continuing position in year four based on performance.
    • 💡 Project costs of up to $10,000 p.a. for three years.

    • Excellent track record with national/international recognition.
    • Emerging as research and/or cultural leaders.
    • Propose a research project aligned with UOW faculty strengths.

Job Description:

  • Conduct innovative research aligned with UOW faculty strengths.
  • Collaborate with established, world-class academics.
  • Depending on the Fellowship:
    • Fixed-term three-year appointment.
    • Additional one year of Fellowship salary (VC’s Fellowship).
    • Project costs of up to $10,000 p.a. for three years.
