Eligibility/Qualification
- Must hold a PhD (or equivalent health professional degree) granted within five years prior to the proposed start date of the award.
- Applicants with documented career interruptions are eligible for consideration beyond the five-year limit.
- Must not currently hold or have previously held a postdoctoral position at Western.
- Cannot hold a permanent faculty position.
- Must secure a commitment from a qualified faculty member at Western to act as a host Supervisor.
- International applicants must secure necessary visas or permits if applicable.
Description
The selected candidates will:
- Contribute positively to research programs that advance Western’s strategic research goals.
- Engage in proposed projects under the supervision of a qualified faculty member at Western.
- Actively participate in the academic and research community of Western University.
- Engage in professional development opportunities and access various support services provided by the university.
