Eligibility/Qualification
- Must not be a Chinese citizen.
- Must be in good health.
- Master’s Applicants: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) and be under 35 years of age.
- PhD Applicants: Must hold a Master’s degree (18 years of education) and be under 40 years of age.
- Research achievements are required for PhD applicants.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
- No other scholarships should be concurrently held.
