  • Experience in device fabrication with expertise in at least one {colloidal quantum dots, perovskites, organics} or other novel semiconductors
  • Physics and device multiscale modeling using tools such as COMSOL, Sentaurus, SCAPS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Description:

Postdoctoral Fellowships at the University of Toronto: Materials and Devices for Sensitive and Fast Sensors

Successful candidates will contribute to the development of next-generation photodetectors by advancing the science of novel semiconductors and device architectures. Responsibilities include materials synthesis, device fabrication, and physics/device multiscale modeling. Candidates are expected to publish in high-impact journals, mentor graduate students, and explore new research directions.
