Eligibility / Qualification
Applicants should have:
- PhD (or near completion) in: Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in deep learning (theory + implementation)
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience handling large clinical imaging datasets in secure environments
- Background in medical image analysis (CT/MRI preferred)
- Knowledge of:
- Detection and segmentation models
- AI model development and evaluation
- Interest in multimodal and longitudinal clinical data
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Develop and apply deep learning models for early cancer recurrence detection
- Analyse multiphase CT imaging and longitudinal biomarker data
- Design and evaluate AI algorithms for medical imaging applications
- Work closely with clinicians and interdisciplinary research teams
- Contribute to real-world clinical translation of AI tools
- Manage and analyse large-scale medical imaging datasets
