  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering
  • Applicants must be doctoral candidates, not holding a doctoral degree at the recruitment date
  • Mobility rule: Applicants must not have resided or carried out their main activity in the country of the recruiting beneficiary for more than 12 months in the last 36 months before the recruitment date
