Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD (or imminent completion) in relevant disciplines such as engineering, chemistry, or related fields

  • Experience or willingness to undergo formal training in cell-free protein synthesis

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Independently running the day-to-day research project
  • Preparing manuscripts using high-quality data
  • Giving oral presentations of results
  • Assisting with the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate lab members
  • Engaging in networking and travel opportunities
  • Engineering peptides and proteins as a major component of the multidisciplinary project
