Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Plant Genetics, Plant Breeding, or related fields
- Ph.D. completion within the last 4 years
- Co-authored one or more peer-reviewed publications in reputable international plant genetics or plant breeding journals
- Experience in corn or sorghum genetics and breeding is encouraged
- Experience in plant-microbe interactions (optional but positive consideration)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a research environment
