Research Area: Applied Microeconomics (Preferably in Industrial or Organizational Economics)
Location: Von-Melle-Park 5, 20146 Hamburg
Eligibility/Qualification:
- University degree in a relevant subject plus doctorate.
- PhD in economics, mathematics, or a related field (desirable).
- Experience in experimental and behavioral economics and microeconometrics.
- Strong computer skills (e.g., Python, C++, JavaScript, oTree, Prolific).
- Excellent English skills required; good command of German advantageous.
Job Description: The Research Associate will be responsible for teaching and conducting research in the Department of Economics. Duties include delivering 5 hours of courses per semester, supervising theses, and engaging in independent academic work.
