PhD Position in Ecology (m/f/d): The Leibniz Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries (IGB) in Berlin is offering a full-time doctoral position for the project “PatHogens of Algae for Biocontrol and Biosecurity (PHABB)” funded by the prestigious HORIZON–MSCA-2022-DN program of the European Commission. The project aims to investigate microbial community dynamics, virulence, and host specificity of pathogens targeting algae, with a focus on disease management in seaweeds and harmful algal blooms.
