Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Organic Chemistry, preferably within a Medicinal Chemistry or Chemical Biology setting
- Extensive experience in the multistep synthesis of complex, bioactive compounds
- Strong interest in applied research and drug discovery
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international and team-focused environment
- Creativity and innovation with a willingness to learn new skills
Job Description:
- Design and synthesize complex FKBP ligands as molecular glues for drug development
- Interpret biochemical and biological assays, safeguarding intellectual property
- Proactively contribute to new projects, ideas, and concepts
- Participate in the commercialization of our drug discovery platform
- Actively engage in interdisciplinary projects and academia-industry collaborations
