Eligibility/Qualification
- Ph.D. degree in Chemistry or Chemical Biology
- Experience with solution phase synthesis and purification methods
- A strong interest in biochemistry
- Experience in photoaffinity labeling and biochemistry techniques is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ambitious, motivated, creative, and practically skillful
Job Description
- Synthesize MALDI-tags and chemical probes for neuronal receptors
- Isolate lipid nanodiscs from membranes and isolated synapses
- Collaborate and interact with other post-docs within the international consortium
- Report research findings and prepare manuscripts for publication
