Postdoctoral Researcher: Learning to Collaborate from Demonstration (Momentum Project)
Designation: Postdoctoral Researcher
Research Area: The project encompasses artificial vision algorithms for human collaborative environments and teaching collaborative robots through multi-modal demonstration.
Location: IRI – Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial, Barcelona, Spain
Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
- Proficiency in mathematical modeling, optimization, learning, and data science techniques.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++.
- Experience with deep-learning models and computer vision.
- Proficiency in English.
Job Description:
The project aims to understand and analyze the movement of humans in complex, multi-person environments, culminating in sophisticated interactions with each other and surrounding objects. It involves developing advanced artificial vision algorithms to capture and comprehend human collaborative environments and exploiting this knowledge to teach collaborative robots through multi-modal demonstration.
