Eligibility/Qualification:
- Research master or MSc in business administration, sociology, anthropology, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in qualitative research methods.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Dutch preferred.
- Strong motivation for high-quality research and academic writing.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with industry partners.
Job Description:
- Conduct theoretical and empirical research on the consequences of GenAI on group and organizational levels.
- Study themes including GenAI’s impact on work practices, professionals’ interactions, and organizational responsibilities.
- Contribute to the teaching program of the Department.
