Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, biomedical data science, biomedical engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, or a related field
- Record of publications in the field
- Strong knowledge in machine learning, statistics, and programming skills (R, Python, or MATLAB)
- Desirable knowledge in areas such as biomedical imaging, biomedical optics, computer vision, bioinformatics, single-cell profiling technologies, spatial omics, tissue clearing, light-sheet microscope, immunology, and cancer systems biology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Description: As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will focus on:
- Creating novel computational algorithms to analyze and integrate high-dimensional multimodal datasets, including scRNA-seq, spatial proteomics, spatial transcriptomics, and drug imaging of clinical specimens
- Developing 3D spatial multi-omics technologies and AI-driven computational approaches to reconstruct and redefine tissue architecture in 3D space
Your work will contribute to uncovering the rules governing the spatiotemporal dynamics of tumor microenvironment architecture that drives cancer progression and therapeutic resistance.
