PhD Position: Simulations of Turbulence- The University of Twente invites applications for a fully-funded PhD position to explore the dynamics of offshore wind farm turbulence. The project, part of the ERC Consolidator Grant WINDFLOW, will involve developing large-eddy simulations to study flow dynamics in wind farms, with a focus on wind-wave interactions and their effect on wind farm efficiency. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about fluid mechanics, turbulence, and high-performance computing in the context of renewable energy.
