Summary:
Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH) is seeking a motivated PhD student to join the national research project “Human-Centered Intelligent Realities (HINTS)”. This position focuses on developing adaptive and distributed AI models for intelligent environments, aiming to create future immersive, user-aware, and smart interactive digital experiences. The research will involve learning AI models that represent real-world phenomena from various data sources, capturing causal, spatial, temporal, and semantic relationships. The project emphasizes addressing limitations of current methods by exploring multimodal sensor fusion, uncertainty-aware learning, and distributed collaborative intelligence.
