Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Postdoc Position: Candidates should have a PhD in neuroscience, genomics, computational biology, or a related field.
  • PhD Position: A Master’s degree in a relevant field (neuroscience, genetics, or bioinformatics) is required.
  • Research Assistant Position: Bachelor’s degree in biology, genetics, or a related area is required; experience with lab techniques is a plus.
  • General Requirements: Strong motivation, experience or interest in neurogenomics, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of French is not required.

Job Description:
The successful candidates will contribute to pioneering research on somatic mosaicism in neurodevelopment and its role in developmental disorders, focusing on cell lineages. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting experiments using advanced DNA sequencing, single-cell sequencing, and multi-omics technologies
  • Engaging in computational analyses to support data interpretation
  • Collaborating with clinicians at Necker Pediatric Hospital
  • Participating in lab meetings and contributing to a multidisciplinary research environment
