Project Description
The Adap4Tree project focuses on:
- Evaluating progeny trials for Downy Birch and Alder
- Establishing multisite progeny trials
- Conservation and genetic improvement of Beech
- Enhancing genetic resources for forest sustainability
Target species:
- Downy Birch (Betula pubescens)
- Silver Birch (Betula pendula)
- Alder (Alnus glutinosa)
- Beech (Fagus sylvatica)
