Description
The focus of this project is to assess the conservation of transcription factor functions across different strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The successful applicant will utilize advanced high-throughput methods to characterize transcriptional regulatory networks, specifically examining transcription factors and their DNA interactions using techniques such as ChIP-seq and DAP-seq.
