Description
The PhD project at the Institute of Energy Materials and Devices – Photovoltaics (IMD-3) involves the solution-processed fabrication of perovskite films, solar cells, and the deposition of insulating layers at device interfaces using atomic layer deposition (ALD). Candidates will conduct optoelectronic and transient photoluminescence measurements to analyze the performance and charge loss mechanisms within these devices. Participation in this research contributes to the development of efficient clean energy solutions, directly addressing climate change challenges.
