Description
The PhD position involves designing and synthesizing innovative materials for CO2 capture and electrochemical conversion. Your work will include:
- Developing new materials with integrated carbon capture and utilization (CCU) capabilities.
- Conducting fundamental studies on the mechanisms governing CO2 capture and conversion.
- Employing various experimental methodologies and characterization techniques, such as NMR, GC-MS, XPS, SEM, and TEM.
The ultimate goal is to establish optimized processes that reduce the energy consumption, cost, and environmental impact of current technologies.
