Description
The Aztekin Lab is dedicated to understanding why mammals cannot regenerate limbs while studying regenerative species like Xenopus laevis tadpoles. The team is developing simplified ex vivo systems using limb models from Xenopus laevis and Mus musculus (mouse) to explore limb regeneration in a controlled laboratory environment. This research will enable innovative approaches to investigate regenerative abilities, moving beyond traditional in vivo models.
How to Apply
Interested candidates should:
- Check that they meet the eligibility requirements.
- Familiarize themselves with the application process and review the Frequently Asked Questions.
- Register to apply and complete the application form available on the lab’s faculty page.
Last Date to Apply
