Job Description
The PhD student will:
- Investigate polarons, defects, and interfaces in semiconductor materials for solar cell and LED applications.
- Perform advanced calculations using DFT and molecular dynamics methods.
- Incorporate machine learning techniques into the research.
- Collaborate with experimental groups locally and internationally.
- Present findings at conferences and publish in scientific journals.
