Postdoctoral in Stem Cell Epigenetics: The Atlasi Lab is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team and contribute to a groundbreaking project in stem cell and cancer epigenetics. This position is funded by a Leverhulme Trust Grant and will focus on understanding the interplay between epigenetics and metabolism in embryonic stem cells (ESCs).

Eligibility/Qualification:
- A Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Epigenetics, or a related field.
- Strong background in stem cell biology, metabolism, and/or epigenomics.
- Experience with genomic technologies and bioinformatics is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead a cutting-edge project investigating how cellular metabolism influences chromatin modifications in pluripotent stem cells and early development. The study will explore metabolic pathways that provide key metabolites for chromatin modifications and the role of the Coie factor SPIC in regulating these epigenetic changes. Utilizing advanced epigenomic techniques, the fellow will map epigenetic responses to metabolic alterations in ESCs and their impact on lineage differentiation.
