Eligibility/Qualification

  • Candidates must hold a PhD by the call deadline (September 10, 2025).
  • Must have a maximum of 8 years of full-time research experience post-PhD.
  • Must NOT have resided or carried out main activities in the host country for more than 12 months in the 36 months prior to the call deadline.
  • Open to candidates of any nationality (with some restrictions for Global Postdoctoral Fellowships).
  • Strong research track record is advantageous.
  • Security clearance by Inria’s Defence Security Officer may be required.

Job Description

The MSCA-PF grants offer a competitive salary along with mobility and family allowances, as well as funding for research, training, and networking costs. Applicants will propose their own research ideas in collaboration with a supervisor from an Inria research team. The application requires a detailed research project proposal (10 pages) and a CV (5 pages). The nominal success rate is around 15%, and extensive support is provided through a training program to enhance the chances of securing funding.
