Eligibility/Qualification
- Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, or a related field.

- Significant contribution or leadership role in at least one first-author paper from graduate work.
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Perform independent computational analyses of diverse data sets to identify molecular hypotheses relevant to the development of Alzheimer’s disease.
- Document and report findings to collaborative team members for experimental validation.
- Lead the dissemination of research findings through publications, data sharing, and presentations.
- Engage actively in the Jackson Laboratory community to enhance career development and progression.
Responsibilities Include:
- Data analysis through dimensional reduction and pharmacogenomic analysis.
- Comparison of donor-derived organoid models with matched human data.
- Facilitation of cross-species analyses using mouse and non-human primate models.
