About- Applications are invited for Empanelment of Professors/ Associate Professors/ Assistant Professors as Guest Faculty in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering to teach various subject of ECE-AI and ECE and other allied/related subjects of Artificial Intelligence for UG/PG Programs.

Name of the Post: Professor (Engineering)

Essential Qualification:

Ph.D in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology
M.E./M. Tech and B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent in relevant discipline with first class either at Bachelor or Master Level.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years teaching research/industrial experience (excluding the period spent on obtaining the Research Degree on Full time basis), of which at least 03 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in relevant discipline. 03 years Post Ph.D. experience is essential.
The teaching experience should be in a minimum degree level institution.

Desirable:

Teaching, research industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed organisation.
Published work, such as research papers, patents filed/obtained, books and/or technical reports.
Experience of guiding the project work/dissertation of PG/Research Students or supervising R & D Projects in industry.
Demonstrated leadership in planning and organising academic, research, industrial and/or professional activities; and
Capacity to undertake/lead sponsored R&D, consultancy and related activities

2. Name of the Post: Associate Professor (Engineering)

Essential Qualification:

Ph.D in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology
M.E./M. Tech and B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent in relevant discipline with first class either at Bachelor or Master Level.

Experience:

Minimum of 08 years teaching /research/industrial experience (excluding the period spent on obtaining the Research Degree on Full time basis), at the level of Assistant Professor in relevant discipline.
Out of these 8 years, 03 years of service in the AGP 8000 or Equivalent.
The teaching experience should be in a minimum degree level institution.
An Associate Professor may be a person of eminence, with or without a Ph.D.

qualifications having 15 to 18 years of experience from relevant Industry/Organization.

Desirable:

Teaching, research industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed organisation.
Published work, such as research papers, patents filed/obtained, books and/or technical reports.
Experience of guiding the project work/dissertation of PG/Research Students or supervising R & D Projects in industry.
Demonstrated leadership in planning and organising academic, research, industrial and/or professional activities; and
Capacity to undertake/lead sponsored R&D, consultancy and related activities

3. Name of the Post: Assistant Professor (Engineering)

Essential Qualification:

(i) M.E./M. Tech and B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent in relevant discipline with first class either at Bachelor or Master Level.

Desirable:

An Assistant Professor may be a person of eminence, with or without a Ph.D. qualifications having 10 to 15 years of experience from relevant Industry/Organization.

Ph.D in relevant discipline and/or published research papers in journals of high repute.

Experience in teaching at Degree Level institution in relevant discipline.

Job/Position Description-

Applications are invited for Empanelment of Part-Time/Guest Faculty in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering to teach various subjects especially in the allied/ related area of Artificial Intelligence for UG-ECE AI & PG-ECE courses.
1. The rate for remuneration to the Guest Faculty as per the University norms are as under:
