Description

The PhD project aims to develop a universal simulation framework for charge carrier dynamics in luminescent materials. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a Monte Carlo simulation framework that simulates charge transport in solids.
  • Implementing user-defined lattice structures and incorporating transition probabilities for trapping and recombination processes.
  • Utilizing machine learning techniques to enhance model efficiency and perform extensive simulations.
  • Validating and refining the model with experimental data.
  • Leading the publication of research findings in reputable scientific journals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong programming background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
