Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD (completed by the start date)
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Instrumentation development or
    • Mass spectrometry analysis of nucleic acids
  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals or preprints
  • Strong creativity and adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to contribute to teaching (mainly at Bachelor level in analytical chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences)
  • International candidates must commit to learning basic French within the first year

Job Description:

As a postdoctoral fellow, you will:

  • Conduct innovative research in advanced mass spectrometry for biophysical applications
  • Develop or enhance analytical tools, especially for RNA modifications or laser-coupled MS
  • Collaborate across disciplines including molecular modeling, biology, and pharmacy
  • Contribute to teaching activities (in French) in related scientific fields
  • Communicate scientific findings clearly and effectively
