Eligibility / Qualification:

Essential:

  • Ph.D. in Applied/Pure Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Computational Biology, or related disciplines
  • Strong programming skills
  • Demonstrated research experience (e.g., publications, conference presentations)
  • Experience working with biological datasets
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Deep learning frameworks: Transformers, CNNs, Diffusion Models, Neural ODEs/PDEs
  • Dynamical systems & data-driven modeling (e.g., SINDy, Koopman)
  • Omics data analysis (scRNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with or use of foundation models

Job Description:

As a Postdoctoral Associate, you will:

  • Collaborate on cutting-edge research in computational modeling of gene regulatory networks and tissue morphogenesis
  • Develop AI models for understanding and controlling the progression of genetic diseases
  • Utilize rich in-house datasets and high-performance computing resources (e.g., NVIDIA DGX H200 clusters)
  • Co-design new research directions with the Principal Investigator
  • Contribute to cross-disciplinary projects at the intersection of ML, biology, and medicine
