Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in ecology, evolutionary biology, or a closely related field
- PhD completed no more than three years before the application deadline (exceptions apply for special grounds)
- Demonstrated scientific writing ability in English
- Experience in laboratory or quantitative methods is desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- International research experience or participation in national/international networks is advantageous

Job Description
- Lead and conduct independent and collaborative research
- Engage in one of two main projects related to sexual dimorphism in evolutionary biology
- Responsibilities include experimental design, data collection, analysis, and manuscript preparation
- Present research at national and international conferences
- Optional: Up to 20% teaching at bachelor’s or master’s level
- Supervise student thesis projects if interested
- Actively participate in the academic community at the department and university
