Job Description:
The postdoctoral fellow will be involved in:
- Developing inference and dynamic prediction models using clinical, wearable devices, neuroimaging, and –omics data.
- Applying novel statistical models to investigate gene by environment interactions using bioinformatics resources and high-dimensional –omics data.
- Collaborating with biostatistics faculty and biomedical investigators in methodological research.
Requirements:
- Strong interest and a solid research background in functional data analysis, tensor regression, high-dimensional variable selection, longitudinal and survival analysis, machine/deep learning, and bioinformatics methods.
- Excellent programming, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
