Research Area:

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Detecting and prioritizing new RiPPs produced in engineered bacterial hosts using HPLC-QTOF-MS/MS
- Purifying RiPP candidates and elucidating their structures using NMR spectroscopy
