Eligibility/Qualification

  • A PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Bioscience Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic performance with publications in high-impact journals
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Expertise in bio- and/or photoelectrochemical sensor development is an advantage

Job Description

  • Conduct high-quality scientific research in electrochemical sensing strategies for nucleic acid detection.
  • Develop new research projects aligned with the A-PECS strategic plan and compete for external research funding.
  • Report research findings and publish academic papers.
  • Assist in existing research projects and activities within the group.
  • Contribute to attracting national and international funding for research initiatives.
  • Supervise PhD students and other team members as needed.
  • Participate in teaching activities (limited).
  • Engage in academic services and represent the research group internally and externally.
  • Explore market potential of research outputs.
