Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Computational Biology, or related fields.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Independent, creative, and dependable.
  • Several publications in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals.
  • Experience in software development for structural biology or NMR is preferred.
  • Strong personal and teamwork skills; prior experience in large collaborative environments is a plus.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will focus on developing computational tools to integrate various structural biology data (NMR, SAXS, FRET, EPR) to understand the regulation of disordered protein regions by phosphorylation. Responsibilities include:

  • Writing and testing code.
  • Developing, deploying, and maintaining software.
  • Collaborating with PhD students and international experimental and computational groups.
  • Presenting findings at local and international conferences.
