- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct molecular biology techniques (e.g., cloning, PCR, gel electrophoresis).
- Produce and characterize novel antibody constructs using cell culture-based methods.
- Perform functional in vitro assays (e.g., flow cytometry, ELISA, multiplex assays) to assess efficacy and safety.
- Carry out in vivo studies in xenogeneic and syngeneic mouse models to evaluate therapeutic antibodies.
- Profile Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in immune/cellular biology with a strong background in immunology is advantageous.
- A high level of motivation with independent work capability, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Motivation to work in the field of immunology and cancer biology.
- Familiarity with mouse models (FELASA B) and willingness to work with animals.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
