Eligibility/Qualification
- A good honours degree (minimum 2(i) honours or equivalent) or MSc/MRes in a relevant discipline.
- For non-native English speakers, a valid English certificate equivalent to IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum score of 6.0 in each component (Writing, Listening, Reading, Speaking).
Job Description
The selected candidate will engage in developing and characterizing a range of smart polymeric materials, including hydrogels, as part of a soft robotic system. This research aims to achieve the desired electromechanical properties addressing specific biomedical needs. Candidates should possess a strong passion for interdisciplinary research, a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering, and be capable of contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
