Eligibility/Qualification
- Required:
- Ph.D. in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (Ph.D. must be awarded no more than four years prior to the effective date of appointment).
- Expertise in mixed reality (MR) technologies and simulation platforms.
- Proficiency in machine learning, optimization algorithms, and programming languages (Python, C++, MATLAB, Unity).
- Strong research record demonstrated by publications and conference presentations.
- Preferred:
- Experience in autonomous construction systems and off-site manufacturing.
- Knowledge of data-driven decision-making and sensor-based communication frameworks.
Job Description
- Conduct research on autonomous construction assembly and logistics optimization.
- Develop MR-based simulation platforms for training and process enhancement.
- Apply machine learning techniques for optimizing construction processes.
- Investigate and improve human-machine interaction frameworks in construction.
- Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at international conferences.
