Job Description
The postdoctoral fellow will join the Infectious Disease Epidemiology Laboratory, where they will investigate how bacterial phenotypes are determined by their genotypes in natural settings. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting experiments and contributing to the development of chemical genomic screening platforms.
- Performing sample preparation for omic analyses such as whole genome sequencing and metagenomics.
- Collaborating closely with computational experts to integrate genomic and phenotypic data using machine learning methods.
- Engaging in large-scale population genomics and genomic epidemiology projects.
