Research Area

Eligibility/Qualification

  • Successfully completed MSc degree in Human Nutrition, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Interest and/or background in human digestion, metabolism, eating behavior, and food process engineering.
  • Excellent academic writing and oral communication skills in English, with a minimum English proficiency of C1 level.

Description

As a PhD candidate, you will:

  • Conduct in vitro experiments to analyze the gelling behavior and breakdown of various ingredients.
  • Execute human feeding trials to evaluate intra-gastric behavior and appetite effects.
  • Analyze data to establish links between in vitro and in vivo behaviors.
  • Publish findings in high-quality journals and present at academic conferences.
