Job Description:
As a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Findlay lab, you will lead independent research projects with considerable autonomy while benefiting from the collaborative environment. Your work will focus on:
- Developing multiplex assays to study effects of variants on gene regulation.
- Recording complex molecular phenotypes to DNA.
- Employing prime editing for large data sets to enhance computational models predicting gene expression.
- Investigating mechanisms of genetic disease by analyzing a vast array of variants prioritized from human cohorts.
