Job Description
The successful candidate will engage in biochemistry assays and protein engineering to predict protein-glycan interactions and develop designer proteins with specific glycan binding capabilities. Responsibilities include:
- Experimentally culturing and working with various mammalian cell lines.
- Techniques will involve recombinant protein production, glycan arrays, glycomics, and high-throughput screening.
- Computationally developing and improving protein-glycan binding prediction models using AI, data science, and bioinformatics.
