Eligibility/Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Recent Ph.D. (within the past five years) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Systems Biology, or related fields.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in developing bioinformatics software to analyze genomic data (DNA, RNA, methylation).
- Expertise in evolutionary biology, biostatistics, or computational biology, particularly in the context of cancer.
- Experience with machine/deep learning techniques is a plus.
Job Description:
- Analyze genomic data (DNA, RNA, methylation) from cancer and other tissues.
- Set up bioinformatics pipelines to measure evolutionary and ecological parameters of tumor samples.
- Develop algorithms and pipelines for HLA typing and T-cell receptor repertoire analysis.
- Execute these pipelines on genomic data collected from tumor samples.
- Analyze results generated from clinical samples.
- Prepare progress reports and scientific manuscripts.
- Present scientific results to the research community.
