Eligibility/Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Recent Ph.D. (within the past five years) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Systems Biology, or related fields.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing bioinformatics software to analyze genomic data (DNA, RNA, methylation).
  • Expertise in evolutionary biology, biostatistics, or computational biology, particularly in the context of cancer.
  • Experience with machine/deep learning techniques is a plus.

Job Description:

  • Analyze genomic data (DNA, RNA, methylation) from cancer and other tissues.
  • Set up bioinformatics pipelines to measure evolutionary and ecological parameters of tumor samples.
  • Develop algorithms and pipelines for HLA typing and T-cell receptor repertoire analysis.
  • Execute these pipelines on genomic data collected from tumor samples.
  • Analyze results generated from clinical samples.
  • Prepare progress reports and scientific manuscripts.
  • Present scientific results to the research community.
