Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD degree in Biology, Data Science, or related fields
- Strong background in genomics, including genome assembly, comparative genomics, and population genomics
- Experience with large datasets and adherence to FAIR data principles
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in supervising students is an advantage
- Fieldwork experience, insect trapping, insect rearing, and aquarium keeping are strong pluses
Job Description

- Conduct independent research in evolutionary genomics, with opportunities to develop a personal research line
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary and interactive research group
- Participate in teaching and public outreach initiatives
- Engage in fieldwork related to insect trapping and the conservation of various Clunio species
