Eligibility/Qualification
- Degree Requirements: BSc and MSc in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields.
- Academic Record: Minimum score of 8/10.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Certifications: Holding an Animal Experimentation Certificate or completion of required courses as per RD 53/2013.
- PhD Enrollment: Eligibility to enroll in a PhD program in Spain.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Conduct molecular, cellular, and animal-based experiments to explore the succinate/SUCNR1 axis.
- Perform metabolic, transcriptomic, and bioinformatic analyses on samples from various models.
- Manage and analyze experimental data, prepare reports, and contribute to scientific publications.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines including molecular biology, metabolism, and clinical research.
- Actively participate in group meetings and present research findings at national and international conferences.
