Job Description:
The PhD student will:
- Collaborate with the Quantum Metrology group at LaserLaB Amsterdam
- Develop a high-precision radio frequency ion trap
- Work with trapped barium ions and optical standing waves
- Engage in various experimental physics aspects including ultrahigh vacuum, CAD design, optics, lasers, electronics, and scientific programming
