Eligibility/Qualification

Job Description

  • Develop computational models to simulate the effect of genetic variants on brain cells.
  • Use and enhance single-cell foundation models to predict SNP-driven shifts in cell state and fate.
  • Integrate spatial transcriptomics data for tissue context anchoring.
  • Apply machine learning methods to model cell–cell communication dynamics under genetic perturbation.
  • Collaborate with neuroscientists to connect model predictions to experimental and clinical relevance.
