GRA PhD Position: The Health Systems Optimization (HSOpt) Lab at Kennesaw State University is inviting applications for a fully funded Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) PhD position starting in Fall 2026. This program seeks highly motivated individuals passionate about advancing healthcare delivery through modeling and analytics.

Eligibility/Qualification
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Experience in data-driven optimization, Markov modeling, and simulation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
- Strong academic background with excellent writing, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- High level of self-motivation and curiosity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in data science, reinforcement learning, and large language models.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings.
